HOW WE WORK

Scope of Work – Translation Department

1. Managing Projects

The project management team receives and coordinates assignments, which are then analyzed by the translation team.

The PM (Project Manager) assigns the work to the most suitable linguists (translators).

2. Reviewing Process

In-house reviewers proofread the entire deliverable.
The PM (Project Manager) and reviewers evaluate each linguist based on the following criteria:

・Proficiency with tools
・Accuracy
・Readability
・Writing style
・Research skills
・Responsiveness

3. Quality Control

The PM (Project Manager) conducts online meetings with linguists as needed.

If quality issues arise, the PM prepares RCA/PA (Root Cause Analysis / Preventive Action) documentation.
